• Germany on Way to Unity

  The article reviews the preconditions and circumstances of the recreation of the unified German State. In this respect, the author refers both to the realization of the idea of the national unity in the historical retrospective and German neighbors’ controversial reaction to it. A significant attention is paid to the problems, which emerged after German unification (both domestic and international ones).
