• Wiezsacker Commission on the Bundeswer Reform

  The article gives the proposals on reforming the Bundeswer, which were developed by the authoritative commission headed by the former German president Richard von Weizsacker. In spite of the fact that the military reform is eventually based on the Military of Defense guidelines C.Bertram is convinced that the commission’s developments will demanded in future.
