• Succession and Russian Authorities: History and the Present

  The problem of legal succession is analysed in the article in historic and legal dimension. The author considers the process of Russia’s getting beyond its historic legal order framework in 1917. The legal order is also being analyses in the context of the nature of Russian Authority. Special attention is given to the issue of the translation of authority. The author considers the succession to be both a historic task and a condition of social concord in Russia.
