• On the Improvement of Military Organization Planning in the Russian Federation

  The author considers that under the financial economic crisis of the 90-ies the military security was maintained by short-term actions. However, the rational strategy of safeguarding the military security should be based on long-term plans taking into account the nature of external and internal military threats and the real economic capacities of the state» In this respect, it necessary to look for new approaches to planning and implementing of new military organization principals. The article covers the characteristics of the integrated system of comprehensive targeted planning of Russian military organization development.
