• Economic Aspects of the Military Reform in Modern Russia

  The author studies the economic aspects of the military reform and evaluates the development of this situation since the end of the 80-ies. He considers the period till the year 1999 the time of the decline of the Russian military industrial complex. In this respect he designates the main tasks facing the whole of the Russian Federation military organization, and tries to identify the ways, means and forces for their fulfillment.
